cooked my joint in the Ninja slow cooker for 6 hours then rouded off with a coating of honey and german mustard and in oven for 20 mins. So tender it fell to pieces when I tried to carve. Even in pieces it was absolutely delicious.Will buy again next years.

Great contribution to a raised veal & ham pie
Very happy with the purchase, exactly as described on the web site with delivery as per the allocated day. As the joint was not required on the day of purchase froze it immediately on delivery then defrosted it ready for slow roasting today the 28th December. Very tender, flavoursome and lean enough to even satisfy the most picky of the ten assembled adults for dinner. Sufficient for all plus enough left for my wife and I to have on a salad the following day.

We really enjoyed the Pheasants, nice flavour, with a fresh gamey taste too them. Well prepared, and sealed. Came well packed, and insulated with a chill pack inside.
