First time buyer from Kimbersfarm shop and I have no regrets, perfect. Would like to share my old German recipe with you: Season the diced venison, slightly coated in flour, brownish in Olive oil in your cooking pot. Add 8-10 juniper berries , 3 bay leaves , top it up with one bottle of red ?, I use Rioja , cooked for 2 hours , stir occasionally. Served with Tagliatelli , cranberry sauce and one Williams Chris pear . Super yummy ? Thank you and Merry Christmas ?⛄ Kind regards Dieter

Partly my fault as I should’ve read the ingredient list. But there’s a lot of added stuff I wouldn’t want on my beef jerky personally.
