First time having these must say you can taste the pork and plenty of it. If you could put a bit more jelly in them you’d make me very happy their was some in there but to me they needed just slightly more

The order was delivered on the day fixed at order, which was good, especially in the current circumstances of postal strike/christmas pressures on couriers. The meat was delicious so would definitely recommend. However the quantity of meat was on the low side - enough for 4 to 5 people not 8 - making it a premium price per head.

Everything you want in a chicken! Full of flavour, high meat to bone ratio, carcase made wonderful stock. would highly recommend this to anyone.
Excellent gammon, wonderful flavour. I would have given five stars, but it was quite salty. Next time I'll soak it and give it a preliminary parboil - then it should be perfect. Recommended, but needs the right treatment.
