Braised pork belly
Add cold water in the pan; put pork in until the water boiled. Take the pork out.
Add oil in the wok till it’s warm; add ginger and spring onion; then add pork in; then add cooking alcohol, dark soy sauce. Then add water to cover pork. Then add light soy sauce, and crystal rock suger. Small fire to slow cook for 1h.
Pork belly, ginger, garlic; dark soy sauce; light soy sauce; rock sugar.
Hunan Stir-fried pork with Chilli
A famous Chinese dish, more pacific Hunan cuisine.
Add oil in the pan; once oil warmed up, add pork, stir fried the pork until the water comes out. Add dark soy sauce. Take it out and put aside.
Add oil to the pan; add garlic fried till gold color. Then put chilli in, stir fry till it changes the color.
Then add pork back in the pan together.
Pork steak; Chinese chilli; garlic; dark soy sauce.
Pheasant soup with cordyceps flower
Use electricity soup cooker to cook the soup about 5 hours. After it’s cooked, put some salt.

Grill some sourdough in olive oil for the crouton , griddle the filet of veal a minute or so on each side , meanwhile fry some shallots and mushrooms , flame in brandy , add veal stick and finish with cream - enjoy dinner like it’s 1970!
