All Kimber's Farm meats are excellent, though just one thing: their "lardons" are not what I would call "lardons"; they are more like chunky offcuts of gammon/bacon. Very nice, but if you need nice small bits, you will need to cut them again (or just use some of their excellent bacon whether smoked or unsmoked).

No bone on the chops
The courier left the box in the shed, and it was only by accident that I found it before DHL sent the message. Everything was still chilled, so not an issue. I wasn't happy with the substitution of the beef jerky with pork scratchings and would have preferred a refund as was provided for the tartare sauce.
