They were clearly very busy but the woman to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. She told me everything I wanted to know and was friendly and helpful. Sometimes things go a bit pear shaped in the best companies... though my Osso Buco came to me in somewhat random sizes and shapes, and was less than satisfactory, when I called to let them know, they spared nothing to make it right, and make it right immediately. Will definitely use this company again... they are a rare example of a company that gets it. Best customer service I've had in the UK since arriving here 16 years ago. Fantastic experience. I often buy meat online from top range buychers but it was the first time I had bought from Kimbers. You are never quite sure about the quality of the product until you eat it but I neeedn't of worried. The shin of beef and the duck legs that I ordered were both delicious and the whole experience will see me going back with future orders.
There was a delay of one day in delivery but the products were all fresh. The tracking data was excellent.
