I am a very old-fashioned cook and it is so good to find a shop stocking many of the “good bits” (feet, ears, tripe, etc.) that are otherwise difficult to find! The webshop is easy to navigate and shipping does not cost the earth. Thank you!!

Once you've tasted it raw, the swill from the supermarket won't even seem like milk. The fact that the latter is even seen as the same thing is as baffling as it is ironic. Then again, people think oat and soy can be 'milk' these days. I noticed having three 2L bottles that once I got to the third it had become even creamier. Truly damn delicious. I also drink it with raw eggs as an morning eggshake. The cheese and bacon are equally sublime. Thoroughly recommend.
