I am very impressed with my first order from Kimbers Farm Shop I ordered the marrowbones as I have a Boxer dog with allergies so it’s very important she has high quality food. The grass fed marrowbones are then perfect for the soup I make her weekly . Beautiful pork joint, really delicious and barely any shrinkage after cooking. The chops were thick, succulent and very tasty.

As usual never fails to deliver, done pulled brisket as part of a BBQ for 25 of us.
I made "Codornices en escabeche" a Spanish dish, which, when translated is pickled quail.
Absolutely gorgeous, juicy, tender and packed with flavour.
I am cooking a lot on the BBQ these warm evenings, and these lamb chops are great, I cook away the fat first then sear each side, very very good indeed
Marinaded then gently cooked on BBQ , tender and perfect
