I ordered rib of beef and 2 lamb joints of which one lamb shoulder is in the freezer & the rib of beef. They look scrumptious. We’ve had one lamb shoulder which was excellent! We had a lamb curry and the meat was very tender and tasty

The beef liver is of very good quality. However the let down was the delivery company who didn't deliver on the chosen day. Thankfully the product was packaged well and stayed fresh till the next day.
