Then came well packaged and on the day requested. I would have liked the freezer blocks to be recyclable or info on how to do this. It would be useful to have the requested delivery date on the receipt.

Absolutely no complaints about the service - immediate confirmation of sale and delivery date of choice. Produce arrived packaged well. The delivery company didn't knock though so I found delivery had been on doorstep for two hours.
Can't fault the product, beautiful piece of meat as always, customer service and communication very good. Just APC couriers let the side down, don't ring or knock the door just left on the doorstep, only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Loved the products, very tasty, have ordered again. The state of the goods on arrival was somewhat unsatisfactory with the box battered and practically mushy pulp. Obviously it had been held back somewhat in a delivery depot or something as the ice had melted and damaged the box.
