A very high quality goose which was delicious and tender. I have one every year but for one person it’s a bit too large. Never mind because I ate goose every day for 3 days. However, I know it’s difficult in goose sizing but if it were a bit smaller, it would have been even better. Thank you. Helen.

My local supplier had nothing big enough left so I went on line with some trepidation. I need not have worried. The service was great and the bird was complimented by all my guests. I hope some of that that was the cooking but having quality ingredients really helps.
The goose had lovely flavour and made the best gravy ever! More expensive than other birds but very good value for money. A real treat.
Made our Christmas day, with this very tasty gammon. Ordering was a breeze and gammon arrived, very well packaged (although it did look like may be a head was inside the box ...). This is our second year ordering Christmas gammon this year, and there will certainly be a third order next year.

We had unexpected visitors last week and so I used a pack of 12 to make a toad in the hole (I know not ideal) but it turned out great, they both loved it. The other 12 I used for pigs in blankets Wow what quality the were great.

Roasted and glazed the gammon for Christmas. Absolutely exceptional.
Bought these for Christmas and made delicious pigs in blankets with Kimbers Farm bacon. Gorgeous. The sausages have a wonderful meaty texture.
I ordered these sausages for Christmas and made them into home made sausage rolls for Christmas Eve, they were absolutely delicious. The texture and flavour of the sausages was amazing and will certainly be ordering again.
