Excellent flavour. Although, 1.5kg of goose fat - part with the innards and part just inside the bird cavity - rather left it a smaller bird for eating.
We would have preferred to be given the option to choose our veg, increasing the quantity of some items, for an additional fee. What we received was of good quality
