Very tender and delicious meat. Very satisfied with my purchase!! I had bought a shoulder meat, I made stew with half and curry with the rest. Unfortunately, I have no pictures of my stew.

One Pot Chicken & Veg........
This recipe is so tasty. My mother was French, so this has a French influence. So easy to do. Just one pot ( Le Creuset ). Put all ingredients in the pot plus herbs & spices, then cook for 1 1/2hrs
Kimbers 2 chicken thighs, a little chopped tomatoes & juice, a little tomato purée, a little red wine, some Lea & Perrin, crushed garlic, a few chilies, course black pepper, a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, mixed herbs. Cut in half 2 parsnips, 2 carrots, 4 potatoes cut in half & mixed colorful peppers, sliced red onion. Mix through & cook in oven 200°

Beef shin and kidney pies
Kimbers Aberdeen Angus shin and kidney with buttered mash and cabbage
Pack of beef shin and pack of kidney.
Flour and beef stock.
Baking potatoes.
Cabbage.
Flour the beef and kidney and fry in beef dripping until lightly browned.
Add beef stock and cook gently for 2-3 hours, adding more stock when needed and season to taste.
Make home made short crust pastry or whatever type you prefer.
Put pastry in medium baking tins or trays and spoon in the meats and gravy. Add top and brush egg to make golden.
Bake in oven at 220 for 30: minutes or until golden.
Cook potatoes, mash well and add good amount of butter.
Salt cabbage and boil till tender.
Medium cooked steak
Served with green beans and Spanish rice
