Montgomery’s Cheese is dedicated to creating delicious cheeses. They pride themselves on using the freshest milk, which is why they make their cheese seven days a week to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible. They are also one of the last few cheesemakers to use calf rennet to set the curds, which gives their cheese a unique and distinctive flavour.
Around 120 cheeses are produced each week, using their own Fresian cows which ensures that their cheese is of the best quality. Each cheese is crafted using traditional methods which results in a cheddar that is creamy and bursting with flavour.
