Amazing beef Wellington!
We had the most amazing piece of beef fillet, delivered to our door in Oxfordshire from Kimber farms. We made an amazing beef Wellington as a change from Turkey this year. It turned out perfectly, and the meat was melt in the mouth.
Saturday Night Steak
Kimber's fillet steak, cooked rare, served with homemade pizzaiola sauce from home grown tomatoes, potato rosti & new season broad beans. Delicious!
Pan fried on a skillett - Kim Harding
Simple with jacket , grilled tomatoes, onion rings, salad and peppercorn and brandy sauce.
Two minutes each side and rest
Fillet, mushrooms, potatoes
Roasted fillet (medium rare to medium), sauteed ceps, parmentier potatoes, red wine and beef bone jus.
