Kimbers Sirloin Steak in Peppercorn Sauce
This lovely marbled Sirloin was oiled and seasoned then cooked for 2 minutes on each side for a rare steak, and served with spinach with stilton and air fryer potatoes.
Peppercorn Sauce - butter & olive oil, shallot, chicken stock, white wine, French mustard, peppercorns and double cream - finished with a glug of brandy. Sweat down, reduce, serve!
Valentine’s Day steak
Sous vide chimmi churri steak and chips
Sous vide the steak for 2 hours then finish on griddle
Steak with chimichurri sauce
Used Kimber’s steak in the sous vide cooker.
Cook in the sous vide cooker for 4 hours on 72.5 degrees then fry on the griddle for 30 seconds
Kimbers Steak Dinner
Black Pepper Steak from Kimbers Farm Shop and seasonal vegetables
Flash fried steak in olive oil and served with potatoes, spinach and carrots with a black pepper sauce.
