Vegetable & Bean Chilli
Vegetables from my Kimber seasonal veg box (carrots, leeks, courgette, onion, red pepper & purple sprouting broccoli) cooked with a tin of chopped tomatoes and some Red Kidney and Haricot beans for protein, fresh chilli, tomato puree and seasoning. From the veg box I also received potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage and an aubergine to use in other meals - great value!
