Goat Curry
Great meat made a fantastic Boxing Day curry everyone was impressed with how tender and tasty it was
Gently brown goat in pan with tablespoon of vegetable oil, sliced garlic chopped onions, celery and ginger, after 10 mins add ground Garam Masala powder, tomato paste and 2 whole chilli’s and continue to cook for a further 10 minutes cooking out the tomato paste, add 2 tins of quality chopped tomato’s and 1 pint of water, stir and simmer for 2 hours on low, taste and add salt and pepper as needed, wash and add 40g of red split lentils and 150g frozen peas, and any vegetables you like (white cabbage, peppers, mushrooms etc..) leave on low heat with lid on for 3-5 hours and enjoy!

Place the goatmeat in a pot, add spices such as chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, blended dry or fresh chilli 🌶, salt, lamb or beef knorr cubes, dry coriander or chopped fresh coriander, mixed herbs, and other spice of one's choice. Then add water (1 -2 litres) or as desired to cook the goatmeat and leftover for the soup- enough to make consistency of one's choice
