Tagliatelle with Ogleshield & Cider Ham
Cheese thats great with pasta
Serves 2
250g Dried tagliatelle pasta
1 egg
150ml double cream
Half cup frozen garden peas
Cup finely grated Ogleshield cheese
Half cup roasted ham - we used leftovers of cider roast ham
Sea Salt & Black pepper
Olive Oil - tbsp
Chopped parsley - 2 tbsps
mix chopped ham, cream, garden peas, half the cheese, seasoning, beaten egg, parsley, seasoning and olive oil
Cook pasta to al dente and drain
Mix all together and cover the pan for five minutes
Serve in bowls, scattered with the remaining cheese
