Partridge

Cornish pasty with a lancashire twist
pastry pinwheel roll, garden peas, mashed potatoes
300g Kimbers minced beef, finely chopped, onions, Carrots, celery.
Fry off mince to brown, remove from pan. Fry off vegetables until tender.
Combine meat & mince in pan, add 300ml water bring to boil then simmer for 40 mins, add oxo cube & Swiss vegetable bouillon powder, simmer add two tsp corn flour. Remove from pan to colander, allow liquid to drain into bowl. Roll out pastry 30x45 rectangle
fill evenly with meat & veg, roll up.
REFRIGERATE 10 MINUTES. Cut into six portions egg wash pastry bake for 30/40 mins. Serve with veg of choice.
Serve with reserved Gravy.
