These beautiful lamb chops cooking & then served with all the trimmings.....
Lamb chops, cooked in a little half butter, half olive oil & rosemary herbs. Then placed on a bed of green mixed steamed vegetables & creamed mashed potatoes & onion gravy made from the juices of the chops. Truly tasty & delicious
