*If you have chosen a delivery date, we will dispatch your order the day before it is due. If you haven't chosen a delivery date we will deliver your order on the day after you ordered if a) you ordered before 1pm and b) you ordered between Tuesday and Friday.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery
Delivery rates for orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland, will be calculated at the checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day (Tuesday to Friday), this is dependent on whether the items ordered are in stock. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.
While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
What days will my order be delivered on?
Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Wednesday to Saturday.

You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01963 33177 or email@example.com. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Grass Fed, Free Range Aberdeen Angus Beef
Generations of farming knowledge and experience have resulted in Gold award winning beef.
Our Aberdeen Angus animals are grass fed on Somerset’s lush grassy pastures. They are free range from early spring into the autumn when the weather becomes inclement. During the winter animals are brought back to the homestead and housed in large, airy, light straw bedded barns.
Animals are hand selected by our Traditional Master Butcher, for quality and conformation. Using the expertise of small local slaughterhouses dramatically reduces stress and enhances carcass quality. 21 day naturally dry aged on the bone beef, produces marbled, extra tender and beautifully flavoured meat.
